Apple Crumble

Known as English origin, crumble is a light and easy dessert made with oats and wheat flour, optionally with apple, banana, cherry or forest fruit. Commonly served with apple crumble ice cream, it has an aromatic flavor with cinnamon and cloves.
-Crumble consists of dough and filling. Necessary ingredients for dough;
30 g oats
45 g whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt
50 g of coconut oil
25 g of coconut sugar
-Let´s list the materials required for the crumble inner filling below;
2-3 apples
2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
50 g walnuts
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon, a little salt, cloves and nutmeg
To prepare the dough, it is mixed with wheat flour, oats, coconut oil, salt and coconut sugar until it reaches the consistency of dough and left to stand.
For the filling, first the apples are peeled and sliced into slices. Coconut sugar, walnuts, salt cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg are added on it.
The filling is poured into the cake or tart mold and the dough is spread on it. It is baked in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees and served with ice cream. You can add 1 spoon of butter to the mixture to give it a special flavor.
