The products you have purchased will be delivered to you with the assurance of our contracted cargoes.
Products the date of order confirmation;
Orders placed until 16:30 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after these hours will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
The cargo company will deliver your products to you within 1-3 business days after your order is shipped according to the province and district you are in.
When an undesirable situation such as crushing or deterioration is observed in the products, the product must be photographed before the product package is opened completely and the day the cargo arrives and submitted to www.wiltlife.com and the problem must be reported in writing.
If the cargo box or your product is damaged, do not take it. Do not forget to attach a Damage Assessment Report to the personnel delivering the cargo to you. A refund corresponding to the amount of unused product will be sent to the customer.
When your request for change is received for products that are delivered to you in an unusable condition, we will notify you by e-mail.
