Can I return the product I received? Is there a right of withdrawal?

When an undesirable situation such as crushing or deterioration is seen in the products on the day the cargo arrives, you should notify us of the problem both visually and in writing on www.wiltlife.com by taking the product photo before the package is fully opened.

The fee corresponding to the amount of the product that becomes unusable during delivery is sent to you by us for compensation. The refund for the products you want to return is delivered within 10 days after the product reaches us. You can follow the process of your next bank.

As a basic rule, you can return the product you have purchased within 7 working days the date of delivery on www.wiltlife.com with a note attachment containing your reason for return, within the scope of the contract terms.

SEND YOUR RETURN PRODUCTS TO THE ADDRESS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND A NOTE INSERT REPORTING THE REASON OF YOUR RETURN.

Important: If the invoice of the product you want to return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping share (product unit price + VAT). Order returns, the invoices of which are issued on behalf of the institutions, will not be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued.

Important: The shipping cost of the returned product belongs to the SELLER.

General Return Conditions are as follows;

* Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

* If the original box / package is damaged (Example: Products with a cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with cargo parcel tape are not accepted.) Returns of products that have lost their resale feature and are in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

* You must send the original invoice (all copies you have) with the product you want to return.

* If the product / products you want to return are defective, you should check the product next to the cargo attendant, keep a report and not receive it. Shipping costs are borne by our company.

Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 7 days the delivery of the contracted product to him or the person / organization at the address indicated. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product has not been used in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 and the package has not been opened. If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice and a sample of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal is paid by the BUYER.
